Camden Portofino Apartments

I wish I could give 10 stars! First of - Terri is the absolute BEST!!!!!!!! The way she made me and my daughter feel like we were family is beyond explaining. Also, the rest of the staff from Patrick to the manager and the Maintenance team were so pleasant and had a great sense of humor. The comradery of the team is amazing. The application process and turn around time was so fast and painless. This is where you want to be if you are looking to rent. Looking forward to my stay here.

I just moved this past weekend and my experience was great. We worked with Patrick who was exceptional with his help and all the information he provided in the process of getting the apartment. He is very welcoming and always had a smile on his face, he made it very smooth and pleasant. Also, Kimberly from maintence was very helpful and kind.

I just recently moved into Camden Portofino, and the whole process was such a pleasant experience. The entire office staff was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The Maintenance staff is great as well. They are always around fixing any issues you may have. On my move in date when I arrived, My unit that I moved into was beyond what I was expecting. I have a three bedroom unit and the floor plans are huge! In the past, I've moved into several other complexes and it seemed like everything and anything went wrong during my move in but, not at Camden Portofino! The property and the grounds are kept nice and clean and the entire staff makes you feel that you truly moved into a HOME, and not just another apartment. You can tell the staff cares about their positions and go above and beyond to keep the community looking and running the way it is. I would recommend Camden Portofino to anyone that is currently looking to find a great place to live! They have huge Floorplans, great amenities, professional staff members and a clean community what more could someone ask for? Thanks again to the entire staff at Camden Portofino for making my family and I feel welcome since day one. My wife and our kids all love our new home and we are extremely happy that we chose Camden Portofino for our new home!

My very first time walking into Camden Portofino and meeting the famous n loving Ms.Terri was absolutely amazing she pushed her lunch back just to give me all the information I needed to know about the apartments. She was very patient and kind and very understanding she also doesn’t know this but she played a major big role in my decision to move into Camden. For my first week living here the Camden team have been amazing . If anyone is reading this and need help making a decision I will say gone ahead and do it . it’s not everyday you find a genuine leasing office. Thank you Ms.Terri

I just recently viewed the Camden Portofino property for leasing , I really appreciated Patrick taking his time to show me around . I really loved the remodeled apartment shown to me although the older model was not bad either the remodeled was great . I hope to acquire a new rental property this new year with Camden . I have lived here for 20 yrs and have found less and less attention paid to this community. The buildings were last painted in 2016. The driveways need repair but cannot be done until the buildings are painted. The garbage area is often a mess especially on holidays when no one is on duty to take care of the mess-piles of garbage bags outside the full compactor. The office staff very rarely answers the phone directly. You must leave a message-I have begun to call Houston to get someone to help me and answer my questions. This is a pretty well placed community that badly needs an overhaul and loving care. Camden raises the rent at least 200 a month for each lease renewal. I suspect that Camden Management is laughing all the way to the bank with their bonus checks.

The lady Ms.Terri was absolutely kind and very professional and very knowledgeable as she walked with me during my tour. Any questions or concerns I had were answered. ("I'm truly hoping to be a resident at Camden real soon")! I will tell others about how nice the Camden Portofino's really are. I enjoyed my tour and hope to see you all soon.
